Solar Eclipse Operating Day - August 20-21

Mark you calendar for this once-in-a-lifetime event.  We’ll be setting up at the Harrison, Nebraska Volunteer Fire Department for a day of operating and viewing the total solar eclipse.  Plan on staying overnight at the fire station. Bring your cot and ham gear!  Parking space is at a premium.  If you haven’t already put your name on the list of those going at the July meeting, contact Bob at W0RE@coldfrog.com Large vehicles will have to cleared with him.  Car pooling is encouraged, but not required.  You will need to bring food for Sunday and lunch on Monday.  The fire department will provide breakfast Monday morning for a donation.  There are two places to eat in town, but it’s likey they’ll be swamped.  Here’s a map with the directions to Harrison.
